Right after payment you get a download link on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. If the email hasn’t arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or write to support@thecodekeeper.com.

No. The studio runs in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or another modern browser on a computer. Choose a design, type your text and download the PDF.

Yes. Choose A4 or US Letter and the studio arranges your cards on the sheet with cut marks. Heavy matte cardstock gives the best result. Place cards and table numbers can also be folded tent cards. For large signs, send the exact-size PDF to a print shop.

Yes. Every word is editable in every package, including titles, menu courses and program lines. Signature, Complete and Forever packages can also change colors and fonts.

The license. Host is for your own events, Planner lets planners use the studio for client events, and Stationer lets you sell personalized stationery made with it. The designs and features in each level are the same.

How much is included. Essentials has 6 collections and 6 printables. Signature has 12 collections and 12 printables, plus photo layouts, wedding color palettes and custom fonts. Complete has everything: 18 collections, 18 printables, all 7 events and the guest list with place cards, seating chart, envelopes, address labels and the catering list. Forever is Complete plus every future update and new collection.

Yes. Choose the “Phone screen” size to get a 1080 × 1920 px invitation for WhatsApp or Instagram, or click “Download image” on any design. It works in every package.

Wedding wording comes ready in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch. You can also type your own text in any language that uses the Latin alphabet.

Yes. The Details Card, RSVP Card and Photo Share Sign can show a QR code for your wedding website, online RSVP form or shared photo album.

Yes, in Complete and Forever. Add addresses to your guest list and the studio prints one envelope per guest, with your return address.

Every printable comes in common US and European sizes, for example 5 × 7 in, A5 and A6 invitations, DL menus, A4 or 8 × 10 in signs, and A7, C6, C5 or DL envelopes. Welcome signs and seating charts go up to 24 × 36 in and A1.

Yes, in Complete and Forever. The studio prints your guests’ addresses on Avery L7160 or L7163 (A4) and 5160 or 5163 (US Letter) sheets, or a full sheet of return-address labels. On a part-used sheet you can start at any label.

Yes. For larger weddings, switch the seating chart to A–Z: guests are listed alphabetically by last name with their table, so everyone finds their seat quickly. Print it as large as 24 × 36 in or A1.

A ready-to-send document for your caterer or venue: every guest grouped by table with their meal choice, plus the meal totals per table and for the whole event. Included in Complete and Forever.

Yes. Choose Exact size and tick “Add 3 mm bleed and crop marks”. That gives print shops the professional file they ask for.

Yes. Email us with your order number and we’ll send you a link to pay only the difference.

The studio is designed for computers. It opens on tablets and phones, but saving PDFs works most reliably in Chrome or Edge on a desktop or laptop.

Digital downloads can’t be returned, so sales are final once the download starts. We do refund if the studio doesn’t work and we can’t fix it, if it isn’t as described, or if you were charged twice. See our Refund Policy.

Yes. The studio runs on your computer and stores your work in your own browser. We never receive your wording or guest list.
